Health and Wellness
Instead of sick care, we look at health as reaching levels of maximum vitality and freedom. Freedom in our spiritual, emotional, physical, mental and financial bodies! Instead of waiting for something to go wrong before we make a change or improvement, we can improve our quality of life by proactively seeking to identify our limitations and taking action to lessen their holds on us.

Breath
Part of my daily practice is an ongoing awareness of breath and I believe this is something every single person needs to be staying mindful. Our breath is our connection to spirit. For example, right now take a big cycles of breath. Close your eyes and breathe in as deeply as you can, filling up your stomach and then fully exhale all of the air you just inhaled. Repeat this even just 2 or 3 times and notice the immediate change in your state. If something can shift our entire being in as little as 5-10 seconds I think it should be given much more attention than it is.
Immune system
Our immune systems are something that are our responsibility.
Wim Hof method
Wim Hof is changing our modern day understanding of the immune response and what’s possible.
Holistic therapies
We have a responsibility to heal our minds, bodies and souls and at times we need the help of outside modalities. There are many to choose from that don’t involve chemically based pharmaceuticals with terrifying side effects.
Develop a relationship with pain
After studying many leaders and athletes who exceed the average performance of most people I believe they all tend to have something in common. They are able to sustain levels of discomfort or pain longer than most. Pain is something we need to stop being afraid us and begin to develop a relationship with it. I’ve observed that when people experience pain, they have a tendency to overreact because they group pain into an all or nothing type of experience. When in fact, pain has degrees and we can develop thresholds for pain. This really is a big shift in mindset and I think we are just starting to seek breakthroughs in this area.
